Starting with the cover, this brochure has moderate edge ware. The edge line has moderate paper chipping, paper denting, and creases. The corners have moderate rounding and crushing. Some corners have dog-ear folds and paper separation. There is some areas of moderate soiling, and paper darkening, on the front and back covers. The front cover has possible moisture damage as there are tiny spots. The binding is held together with two (2) intact rusty staples. The spine has moderate paper chipping, paper separation and fraying. Internally, the pages are in much better condition. Edge line ware is mostly moderate. Pages have overall moderate darkening and yellowing. Internally, there is only some minor creasing. Please look at the pictures closely to get a more accurate description of the item.
