Very cool pair features “Flying Cranes”, a Basketweave Base , a twisted vine handle with twisted vine base and top rim and fantastic pink flowers and “signature” Samuel Lear twisted Leaf. Although this piece is not marked, after much review, including “Majolica International Society” review of Samuel Lear . The second paragraph writes most of Samuel Lear’s work does not bear Marks.We believe this to be from Samuel Lear Pottery. The are an impressively large piece measuring 9.5” tall by 9” from handle to spout and it weighs 4 pounds. Please review all the photos but look closely at 12 and see the touch up on the base.
