At the bottom margin is printed: Para mas informacion comuniquese con la miembros de Cubanos Unidos "En Dios Confiamos" (For more information, contact the members of Cubanos Unidos "In God We Trust"). A second item is a single two-sided sheet (11.25" x 8.25") portrayed coat-of-arms, "Cubanos Unidos United Cuba In God We Trust" on the obverse, and on the reverse: a textual application soliciting membership and application fees for the Cubanos Unidos. A third item is a 45rpm record: "Marcha de Cubanos Unidos en Dios Confiamos instrumental" ("March of Cubans United in God We Trust instrumental) On the other side of the record is labeled the same but Cantado (Sung).
