Rare Villeroy & Boch, Artemis Black 11.5”, Platter, Plate, Charger

Description: Stunning, Artemis, Black and White, 11.5" Charger / chop plate / large plate / platter. You decide how you wish to use it! A pair of hunters with dog by their side hunting in a great forest with a leaping deer / stag in the distance. The Artemis pattern featured a series of hunt scenes and is an entertaining set to collect, especially if you are starting a collection. My wife and I have collected well over a 100 pieces over the past 20+ years - several from other countries, including Germany and Italy. We are currently reducing the size of our collection to an even numbered set, and are also selling a few duplicates that we have accumulated. If you are fortunate enough to collect them all, it makes an amazing table setting. This platter or any additional may depict variations in coloring. Given the age, slight crazing may also exist, as that is typical for antique / vintage ironstone. Although I see no flaws at all on this plate, you must be the judge of that by reviewing the pictures or asking any questions that you may have, as I will not accept returns.
