Description: RARE Vintage 1940s Levis Type 1 506XX Denim Jacket Big E Selvedge Type One Beautiful collectible example of this scarce piece. In wonderful shape with excellent color and whiskers /signs of wear. Stored in Arizona. A few imperfections including two minor separations / splits on sleeves, shown more “opened” than they would normally appear for photos. Also some expected fraying at cuffs, as shown. A few minor stains shown to the best of my ability including a rust colored dot near top right of collar (front view) on both front and back. Left collar when looking at jacket wants to curl up some. No mending or patching in any way which seems to put it in another category. In really remarkable, collectible condition.
