Description: RARE VTG 1960's/70s Deluxe Reading Better Toy Plastic Hinged Store Lay-Away Box Very RARE old lay-away box which was provided by the Deluxe Reading Corp. for a store to keep track of the toy lay-aways.The box is red, hinged, plastic and measures approx. 6.25" high x 3.75" wide x 6" deep.It has a nice Deluxe Reading Corp crest on the lid.It still has the original alphabet cards inside (they have heavy soiling and wear).The box is in good vintage condition with expected surface scratches, soiling, and smudges.Such a unique collectible!
