Description: This lovely piece was purchased from an estate. Genius at Work “Ray was constructed using cotton and velvet fabric, glitter, buttons and nylon. The use of netting was used to portray the light streams. The lyrics were photocopies onto fabric and lightly tacked onto brick background fabric. Traditional quilting methods were used to combine top, batting and back fabrics.” Please see pictures for craftsmanship quality. Please Note: The sleeve for the dowel is smaller on one end than the other. One end where you would insert the dowel has unfinished edges on the fabric. (See pictures)
