It is the #2 plate which is the second smallest of the five and sits in the second position from the outside of the dumbbell and weighs about 2.5 lbs. This is an original authentic Bowflex product and the part number is 002-2072. These look like they were left outside for awhile. Heavy use and some rust on the metal tabs but works as it should. This is for the Series 2 (will not work with Series 1 weights) of the Bowflex 552 model. The difference between the series is the Series 1 handle has the word Bowflex written on a gray piece and the Series 2 the word Bowflex is written on a red piece. Hey all!
