Excellent Post Office-fresh condition !! Excellent design, beautifully printed by Cartor Security Printers in 4-Color Offset FM Screening, with Gold Hot-stamping foil embossing. As with the Switzerland and Luxembourg Classic Car issues, this set was also designed by Canadian, Mark Heine, of Victoria, British Columbia. The original printing of this stamp was released on 1 September 2014, in a set of four. It omitted the hyphen between the names ROLLS and ROYCE. The stamp was withdrawn from sale after 6 weeks, and re-issued on 13 November 2014, with the name corrected to"ROLLS-ROYCE". This 0.85 franc ROLLS-ROYCE PHANTOM II (1933) TOWN CAR - won the "Most Beautiful Rolls-Royce Ever Built" Award in 1965. The chassis was made in the Rolls-Royce factory in Derby, England, and the body was manufactured by the Brewster Company. This specially-built vehicle was built with no luggage compartment, being a "town car". It seated six, with two in front in a separate chauffeur compartment.
