This is an oval solid brass buckle with black enamel accents, made in Taiwan in the 1970s. It is in pretty decent used condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina, and some wear and tear from age and use. This buckle measures approximately 3-1/4" x 1-7/8", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 3.2 oz.
