Weighs 2 pounds, 15 ounces. Square shape, with rounded "pillow" style corners.Glossy seafoam green colored glaze. American Modern - was the most widely sold American dinnerware in history. Produced by Steubenville Pottery Company of Ohio, it was introduced in 1939 and had sold some 250 million pieces by the end of the 1950s. Only a couple of tiny glaze "inclusions" common to production. A very few minute shallow surface scratches, noticeable only on close inspection. NO chips, cracks or crazing.This piece present nicely!
