Description: Sadly the touch screen stopped working but should be easily fixable at Best Buy!!! I had a buyer return it due to “touchpad not working and windows not being updated” when I turned the laptop back on after receiving the return, it was perfectly updated and in perfect condition!! (Minus the touch screen of course). I would take it to Best Buy to set it up as the touch screen malfunctioning may interfere with your set up process!! There is a setting to turn off the touch screen if you cannot afford to have it fully fixed and Best Buy will go into your settings for you to make the laptop function as normal!
