Description: Set of 5 Lock Blanks for Acorn, Silver King and others: You are buying a set of five lock blanks that work for Acorn, Silver King, Regal, and many others. These are unthreaded, but are very easy to thread. For Acorn machines, and similar, you only need to run a 1/4 x 20 tap into the existing hole, this is easily done with hand tools. For Silver King, Regal, and similar, you need only to open out the hole with the appropriate sized drill bit, then run a 5/16 x 18 tap into the enlarged hole. I've threaded dozens of these for various gumball machines, and can assure you it is very easy to do. I got these in the mid 1970s, they were made for the Carousel (I think that's the correct name) reproduction gumball machines when they first came out. Note they do not require keys to use, there is a slot sized to fit a coin that allows it to be screwed in and out of the machine.
