Description: Set of 6 Coalport Hand Colored Floral Molded Edge Deep Plates Circa 1825 Set of 6 bone china deep plates / soup plates with a molded floral scrollwork edge typical of Coalport. Decorated with hand colored flowers in pink, blue, purple, yellow, and red. Blue trim along the edge. Marked on the bottom with a puce crown and crescent. Otherwise unmarked. Circa 1825. Four of the plates have crazing typical of bone china and staining. One of the plates with crazing and staining has a discolored tight crack extending off the edge.Two of the plates have no staining. One of the plates with no staining has a curved crack extending off the edge. Each deep plate measures approximately 10 inches wide x 1 5/8 inches tall. These are antiques and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the pieces.
