Shimano Ultegra FC-R8000 Crankset 53/39 175mm - SM-BBR60

Description: Purchased new from Performance Bicycle in May 2024 (4 months old) I’m selling: -Shimano Ultegra FC-R8000 Crankset with 53/39 chainrings and 175mm length arms.-Shimano SM-BBR60 bottom bracket for BSA 68mm bottom bracket threaded shell.-Shimano TL-FC37 bottom bracket tool for SM-BBR60 bottom bracket.-Shimano Ultegra 36 tooth inner chainring for FC-R8000 crankset.Not included but required for installation is Shimano TL-FC16 tool (about $4) All items are in excellent condition with no cosmetic or physical defects. There is a little wear of the black finish on the chainring teeth. It has a few hundred miles on it and was used with a new chain.I’m selling these items because I liked this crankset so much I changed my mind and decided to get the Dura-Ace crankset just because I could! (they are in fact almost identical, call me crazy). This crankset works perfectly and includes a 36 tooth inner chainring that may be handy if you're going on a ride with a lot of climbing. The 36 tooth ring doesn’t shift as perfectly as the original 39 but always shifts in less than 1/2 a second and has never dropped the chain off the rings. The crankset was installed one time and removed one time. The rings can be changed without un-installing the crank arms.The crankset is post recall, has never gotten wet, doesn’t creak (including the bottom bracket), is perfectly straight, and doesn’t have any scratches. I’ve carefully cleaned it and re-installed the 39 tooth ring with the aluminum bolts correctly torqued to 70 inch pounds using an accurate flex beam torque wrench. It’s ready to install.All items are carefully packed in the Dura-Ace packages my new crankset came in (the 36 tooth ring is in original package). Double boxed and ready for immediate shipment.
