It has scuffs, scrapes, & sun fading outside from previous use, storage, & transportation. All working latches, handles, & wheels. Sun fading is all cosmetic and does not effect the overall quality of this case. The inside of this case has lid bags on top and foam in the base. The lid bags are secured on with rivets that go through to the outside of the case- please see pictures for details. The foam is glued down but could be removed if needed or desired.
