Description: This bracelet is part of the Pop Art line and is called 8 Pecas e Meia(8 1/2 Pieces). The Pop Art line was created by Sobral to represent the passage of Modernity into Post Modernity in the Western culture. This bracelet is the Day version and features a multicolored stripe motif. It measures 1.5" wide and is on a double elastic banding. I also have the necklaces, rings and earrings in this color pattern available. The first United Nations Conference to address environmental degradation was held in Stockholm in 1972. Already at that time the designer Carlos Sobral was working with resin and creating new techniques and alternative products to reuse all the raw material he consumed in the production of his collections.
