Description: Excellent condition with box Here's a lovely statement necklace from designer Kenneth Jay Lane, made for Avon. The necklace was named ‘Caprianti’ and was introduced in 1993. Big bright jewel tone Lucite cabochons in emerald green, blue sapphire, ruby red and purple amethyst are set in bright textured gold tone metal. The stones have what looks like a smoothed edge faceted feature and are transparent emitting a Gripoix glass effect. The rounded edge triangular, square, and oval shapes are linked together with the amethyst colored stone dangling in the center below. Large textured chain ends with a J-hook closure. This lovely book piece was featured in Sandra Sturdivat’s book, ''Identifying Avon Jewelry". Signed on the reverse of the oval cab in an oval cartouche ‘ KJL For Avon’. Condition: Previously owned, excellent condition with no metal tone wear and no wear to the cabochons. Measures Approximately: Necklace Length (Including Hook and Charm) 19” Adjusting Smaller.
