Description: Strad copy 1/2 Violin for Students, made in West Germany in the year of 1990. In fine used conditions, with a bow and a quality hard case. This violin was a music store rental. It is a tone wood violin, spruce top and maple bottom and sides, that produces much better sounds than violins made of composite plywood that are currently available in the market. Please see pictures for the condition, no scratches, no cracks in the body, a few visible dings. Still looks and sounds beautifully for a 33-year old violin. Please note the picture that shows a hair crack on the heel that was glued tightly. This repaired crack has no effect on the performance or sound of the violin.
