David makes a quick escapes out of the hospital and into the woods. He runs to the home of his family. He hides in the house waiting to speak to his twin brother, Richard (Klaus Kinski). The guard is killed. Lady Emerson (Ilse Steppart) and Anthony the butler (Albert Bessler) know David is in the house now. But where? Richard lets David into a room, but suddenly, he disappears out a window.
