I'm clearing out my Mom's bookshelves - The box shows wear around the edges and is in ok shape. The inside cover is written on as shown - Pages are very nice especially for the age. The opening cover does have what looks to be some separation at the binder (shown) but not too horrible and still useable - nothing is falling out of it. Cards are really nice. I counted all 25 to verify they were all there. I'm not much a book person so time to let the next person enjoy it.
