The case has some minor scratches, scuffs, and wear. The manual is clean and complete with some minor creases, wear, and minor browning on and around the staples (see photos). The disc is clean with a few minor surface scratches and smudges. This item will be shipped in a padded cardboard box to prevent damage. This is an authentic, original copy and is NOT A REPRODUCTION OR BOOTLEG. See above for photos of the actual item you will receive. I have personally tested this game on a briefcase PC Engine CD unit, playing it for about a half hour. It works perfectly, with no issues whatsoever.
