This hardcover ex-library book is in acceptable condition. The outside cover is encased in a dust jacket with a Mylar cover. There is taping to the Mylar cover with a call sticker on the spine. The actual hardcover is faded with slightly worn corners. Upon opening the front and rear cover you can see the yellowed tape, and then the yellowed residue on an interior front cover page from prior taping. The original inside illustrated front cover page has been torn away leaving a slight remainder. String-bound with no separation of the binding. Found on the dedications page there is stamping and marking from the library it was stored at. There are some marks (as seen in photo for example) that are drippings from using the book while making candy. There is no further marking or writing throughout the book. There are no further torn or missing pages. There are no ripped or creased pages.
