Fair Warning - This came to me as part of a large collection of newspapers and magazines, and the the previous owner WAS A SMOKER. Immediately after receiving the collection, I "quarantined" everything in plastic totes for 8 months with sprinkled baking soda. This eliminated about 75% of smoky odor. However, 25% of it is still there and there still are trace amounts of baking soda that remains. If you have any aversions to either of these conditions, please do not make a bid or purchase.In good condition - Although 95%-100% of the text is present and legible, there may be signs of minor toning, aging, loss, folds, wear, creases and partial cover detachment. It measures approx. 8 1/2" x 11 1/2"You will receive the exact example shown in the photos. This will ship in a new plastic zip lock bag inside of a rigid mailer via USPS Media mail service with a tracking number. The shipping cost for the first purchase is $5.00 and no extra cost for items such as additional sheet music, stock certificate, postcard, coin or token purchases that can be shipped in the same package.
