Return policy details: You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the item, and receive a full refund AFTER the item has been returned back to Tradition of Oxford in a perfect (and undamaged/unused) condition. This will normally include the items retail packaging, but NOT include the shipping packaging and wrapping.
