I am not sure if it is Russian or Ukrainian made or if it was made elsewhere in the world. The cross has rose gold, yellow gold and white gold. 14 kt The imperfections that I can detect are: - A few dented areas of the white gold on the bail - A possible slight bend of the top of the cross, or a slight dent (can only be seen on back) -There is some surface scratching of the cross which is easiest to see on the backCross is about 3" long
