The grip and reel seat are made to the same specifications as the early Red Label, the blank is shiny, and the overall condition is very good considering its age, so I think it is in the category of very good condition, but if you are picky, please refrain from bidding. The rod was stored in a case removed from the rod tube, so there is no problem with the rod, but it seems that I got the wrong case when giving another rod to an acquaintance, so the case I have is not the original, and I will include either the 7'11" green Cordura case shown in photos 9 and 10, or an aluminum LLBEAN case, whichever you prefer. (The case has scratches and dirt.)
