Description: Thank you for visiting the my Trains-West.LLC EBay store. I'm very excited to bring you this item. Railroadiana Artifacts & Collectibles UP Railroad Telegraph Key & Sounder With 3 Arm Stand Perfect gift for the railroad collector, historian or fan!! WOW! fantastic as used condition. This could be nicely displayed or put into a museum collection. Notes from owner included with this item read: WUC sounder off Union Pacific RR out of Depot Kansas Triple arm Circa 1910-1950 Transmitter same as above Legless 2A Western Electric Co. Liberty Electric Co. 3-Arm Stand - (Articulated Curved Arm Mount) White Co. Worcester PAT. Aug. 1, 1911 Patented Sounder - 1.A. W.U. Tel. Co. 4 Ohms J.H. Bunnell & Co. New York, U.S.A. Sounder box (Resonator Hood) WUTel. Co. We believe the bottom flat wood base was created by the owner. And we speculate it is likely, the transmitter, sounder and 3 arm stand would have been mounted directly to a desk or counter in the former station. The metal U.P. Shield is likely a modern Microscale item. Three arm stand is the curved version, it is curved downwards to reduce the total height of the assembly resulting in the hood being above the table top by less than 12 inches. Collection item, overall C-7 Excellent condition. Please examine photos. Untested. As-is. Please see photos, read descriptions and ask any questions before bidding / purchase and we will do our best to get you an answer. NOTE: We use calculated shipping = size, weight and your destination. Plus a small handling fee to cover shipping materials. ############################# .... I expect payment within 8 days of item close.
