This rare postal card has been examined and expertised by the Expert Committee from the firm of Professional Stamp Experts (PSE), from Newport Beach, California. The postal card is identified and protected in a protective vinyl sleeve, and has an accompanying numbered, dated, signed certificate w/embossed seal, and showing a reduced image of the postal card in true color. The color may vary slightly from the original, and the sharpness of the image is rarely as good as the original due to photo copying. We guarantee the postal card shown is the item delivered.
