V good Hardy Alnwick marquis disc 8 trout fly fishing reel 3.75" + spool

Description: for sale here is a very good used and actually very rarely seen hardy marquis no. 8 disc trout fly fishing reel , rear drag , left or right wind , 2 screw drum release with champagne cover , reversible solid nickel silver lineguard , the disc range were one size bigger then the standard marquis models so the no 8 is the same size as a standard no. 10 which is 3.75" , comes with excellent matching spare spool and paper instructions , all fully checked and ready to use...very nice sought after and rarely seen reel , most paint intact with some rubbing on bottom rim as seen.. issue no. 912.. all items are posted as soon as paid , please see my other hardy reels... if you buy a reel from me , you can be sure it has been through my workshop , lines removed , fully cleaned and serviced and any worn or damaged parts replaced with new ones , so no loose handles , no chewed up screws , no spool wobble or spindle wear , no bent or filed feet , no worn pawls , no loose rivets or missing parts , good tight springs and always described exactly as i see it , i do all the hard work so you dont have to worry about getting an inferior reel obviously the more vintage reels may have little flaws such as worn screw heads or paint wear or scratches etc but all items will be fully photographed and described correctly , if you are unsure then please contact me..
