Each Aurum includes a serial number in addition to an Aurum logo. Pure 24 karat Gold, Made in the USA, appears prominently on the right side of the bill. History: Augustus Saint-Gaudens, an Irish-American artist, created the original 1907 Liberty. President Theodore Roosevelt commissioned the original artwork that was subsequently used on the $20 Gold Double Eagle Coin between 1907-1933.
