Description: Here is a very nice Van Briggle Pottery floral decorated vase in their signature Mulberry red with blue glaze. Shape number 157 in the catalog called Yucca seed pods and leaves, designed in 1903. It measures 17 inches in tall and about 7 1/2 inches in diameter at the base. It is in great condition with no chips, cracks, repairs, or firing flaws. Marked with the firms double AA box mark and all caps VAN BRIGGLE USA, a 1920's designation. A beautiful piece from the famous Colorado Springs art pottery.
