Description: A gorgeous early 20th century (pre-1950) handmade crucifix pendant, made of 18k yellow gold. A unique and unusually well-made piece, which is both delicate, and exquisitely wrought. Each part of this pendant was made by hand. Looking closely at the piece, you can see that the cross itself, the upper body, and the legs are all separate pieces that have been painstakingly assembled. The cross has been further decorated with guillochage line work, all done by hand, which is rarer and rare to see, and hints at how old this piece is. Please check the below measurements before purchasing. Measurements:Length: ~1.75 in (including bail)Width: 1.2 in Weight: 1.46g Great vintage condition. Some minor scuffs and scratches, mostly on the back of the cross. The bail is cut, but it's unknown whether this was by design - it shouldn't effect the wearability or usability of the pendant.
