Horn works though unsure if it's as designed (continuous vs stopping when button is released). Gear and speedometer move together in 3 positions. See pictures for positions. Condition: Vintage pre-owned item with some age-appropriate wear. Rear passenger wheel rim is broken where it attaches to axel. Missing silver knob off brake handle.
