Looks like it is only missing are the steering wheel and flag but please check the pictures to make sure nothing more is missing. Battery compartment is clean with no corrosion. I put in a couple of batteries and could not get motion but the batteries may have been old. A nice item to complete or add to your collection. The item comes from a smoke free home. Don’t miss out!
