Description: This dress looks like a costumes in Alice in Wonderland - designed by ADELE SIMPSON, an American fashion designer whose career spanned nearly 5 decades. This 100% cotton dress was made in Hong Kong in the 1980's with many details stitched by hand. Fit & flare cocktail dress with a sweetheart neckline, fitted bodice, back zipper, & a full striped skirt puffed with crinoline & embellished with black lace. The giant lace bow has a fancy modern brooch glued on the front. Fair condition with some discoloration/stains on the skirt as pictured (see last pics).
