While there is a little give as this is a knit, it fit my skinny mannequin perfectly (her bust 32.5," waist 26.5")Measurements without stretching:Bust 34 inWaist 27 inLength 58 in Fabric appears to be a polyester knit - it is soft & a bit slinky.No tag present but there are bits of one that look they were stitched into a seam as shown in last picture.Selvedge of fabric states: LORPRINT Styled In California Freshly washed/dried - excellent. Only "fault" is fabric on sides of back zipper needs to be pressed down.
