Length is measured from shoulder to hem. Inseams are measured along the inseam. When you see TWO measurement for one area it is because the item has stretch and one is laying flat and the other is stretched. 🙂 Size: Womens 14 Condition: Pre-Owned Like New Excellent Condition.
