Description: Please note the photos. This appears to have been outside in the elements with quite a bit of rusting to the metal. The inside bottom is a bit dirty/dusty. I tried to blow it out with an air duster. This is a hinged top, there are no other entry points. The bird is attached with a wire and it moves around a bit. The cage measures approx. 15" tall with a 10" diameter at the base. It makes a great rustic display. Thank you. :)
