Description: This vintage ATLAS (H over A) MASON clear quart canning jar with a correct ATLAS porcelain-lined zinc cap is in good condition. One side of the jar is embossed with the words ATLAS MASON. The base has mold letters and a number embossed on it. Including the zinc cap, the jar is approximately 7" tall. As expected with vintage canning jars, there are manufacturing flaws including bubbles in the glass. The jar shows wear consistent with its age and purpose including a very light patchy haze spot on one side of the jar, rim wear and surface scratches. Please look at the photos carefully.
