Description: Vintage Blue Strapless CHIFFON & TULLE PROM PARTY DRESS w/Taffeta Lining. This has a side zipper and a tulle piece which snaps in place and a long tulle scarf. Unsure how it is to be worn. The front bodice is gathered and braided with silver threading above and below the chest area. There are two wire shapers in the breast cup area and two wire shapers in the back. Believed to be from the late 50s to 60s. A size is not listed on the dress so see measurements below.
