Description: For your consideration, I have a Vintage Bobbie Jerome Black Soft Felt Purse Handbag w/ Tortoise Bakelite Frame Top. I'm not sure of the fabric on this - it appears to be some type of felt. It's soft. It doesn't look like it's been used a lot. The top frame work is in nice condition and it snaps closed easily. It is 10" wide at bottom and 7-3/4" at top. From bottom to top of cloth handle, it is 16". This comes from a smoke free home.
