Description: Gorgeous solid wood drop front secretary desk and hutch or bookcase with original brass hardware. I believe the wood is mahogany or perhaps walnut. The desk top drops down, and inside there are several small drawers. The bottom drawers all work great and feature dovetail construction. The shelves in the hutch are adjustable. The top vertical piece has been repaired, but it’s not noticeable, and there are some light scratches. Otherwise the piece is in great condition. This is piece is so versatile! You can use it for general storage. A few of my clients have repurposed pieces like this as coffee bars or drink stations.
