Description: Beautiful vintage solid honey colored oak index card filing box for 3" x 5" filing cards. The box measures 5 5/8" long x 3 1/4" deep x 4 1/4" tall. Inside measures 5 1/8" long x 2 3/4" deep x 3 1/2" high. The box is constructed of 1/4" thick solid oak and uses fingerjoints for strength. New latch in good working order. Refinished with Satin MinWax Varnish and hand-polished with 0000 steel wool and paste-wax to a soft luster. Fully lined with new dark blue felt. Excellent condition. All joints are solid.
