Description: Everything in the photos is included. The house folds out as it should and is in good stable condition. There are 2 small breaks to be aware of. There are tabs on the top level that stop the sides from folding out all the way. It looks like they were pulled open beyond that point and caused a small break on each side. There are also a few of the accessories that have small breaks. One of the beds has a broken footboard. The ballet bar should have a second lower bar that has broke off. The single swing has a break that is visible in the photo. Another thing to be noted is that there is some discoloration on the house and some accessories. This is not uncommon for old plastic.
