There are signs of wear from age, use and storage, which includes but is not limited to scuff/scratch marks that range from light surface to deeper and some deterioration/pitting in the metal. The green felt pads on the bottom probably need to be replaced, the material is getting thin and is peeling up at the edges. Please see my pictures, they are part of the description.
