No manufacturer/size/contents label May be a cotton or cotton blend. Not a stretchy fabric but the waist does have stretch as it is elastic. See pics 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12 for laying flat measurements. Inseam (crotch seam to end of leg) is 4 1/4”. Rise (crotch seam to top of waist) is 14 1/4”. Resting, waist measures 10” from side to side. Pulled unreasonably taut goes up to. 18” from side to side. It is not reasonable to wear this tight/taut. Most reasonably stretches up to 12” from side to side.: maybe up to 13” from side to side. Obviously, the more the waist is stretched, the tighter it will feel on your waist. There is one pocket (located in right front). See pic 2.
