Description: Estate FindVintage Hotel Key and FobStouffer’s Cincinnati InnRoom 1216Cincinnati Ohio Vintage key and red fob with white lettering. The hotel was built as Stouffer's Cincinnati Inn in 1968 to meet the demand for modern efficient hotel accommodation resulting from the opening of the Convention Center in the same year. At the time it was the first hotel erected in downtown Cincinnati since the opening of the Terrace Plaza in 1948. Initially, the hotel was composed of only the southern podium and 22 story tower fronting on West Fifth Street. It featured an outdoor swimming pool on the podium roof. In 1975, Stouffer's added a second tower at 141 West Sixth Street. The 32 story tower included a restaurant at the top level, the Top of the Crown. The hotel complex was renamed Stouffer's Cincinnati Towers, connected by a four story podium. Later the hotel changed ownership and was known as the Clarion Hotel and the Regal Hotel before being acquired by Millennium. The hotel closed in 2019 and was demolished in 2021.
