Description: J.A. Henckels Twinworks Carbon Steel 9 inch Bull Nose Butcher Knife Vintage J.A. Henckels Twinworks butcher knife in nice condition. No chips, dings or gouges to the blade. Blade edge is straight and true with no signs of improper sharpening. In fact, there's really no signs of sharpening at all! The handle is nice and tight too, with no gaps between the full tang and the handle. Three oversize rivets hold it tightly in place. I feel a very light bit of chatter on the top of the spine where it was hit onto to chop through something. Its barely visible, you can feel it more than see it.
