Description: Vintage Kaywoodie Standard Tobacco Pipe. The bowl looks to be in the shape of a wine or whiskey barrel. Has a shiny finish. This has been used/smoked. Maker's mark "Kaywoodie Standard" under the bowl. The overall length of the pipe is 5 3/4" (inches).The outside diameter (O.D.) across the top of the bowl is 1 1/4".The inside diameter (I.D.) of the bowl opening is about 13/16".The weight of the entire assembled pipe is 1.2 ounces (or 30 grams). In good condition. Exterior of the bowl has no chips, no cracks, no significant scuffs or scratches. The stem has some small scratch marks (last photo). The interior will need cleaning. There are stains, soot and charred areas in the bowl and around the upper bowl edge (see photos). This was inherited, and I do not know the proper way to clean these, so I have not attempted to clean it. Buyer is responsible for any cleaning/restoration.
